Taylor Johnson Group will assist you with your claim from the time your loss occurs to its conclusion. Shirley Cole, our Claims Manager, has over 15 years experience to assist you with the claims process.

Your claim will be reported to the carrier upon receipt. We will track the claim with the assigned adjuster and obtain progress updates as necessary. We will answer your questions and assist you with all of your claim needs.

For your added convenience, many of our carriers also offer 24 hour claims reporting. Please call Shirley for additional information on this service.

The following forms are available for your use in reporting your claim. When finished filling them out, they will be emailed to our claims department.
